Jia

Jia is an APPI-certified Pilates instructor with expertise in Matwork, Reformer, and specialised prenatal and postnatal Pilates. Her teaching is rooted in functional anatomy and movement control, with a strong focus on precision, breath integration, and mind–body connection. In a professional yet supportive environment, she guides clients to develop stability, strength, and body awareness. She specialises in evidence-based training for women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation, deep core activation, and postural alignment. Through carefully designed programming, Jia helps clients safely restore core integration, improve body control, and build long-term strength and confidence.

Jessica

Jessica is a certified Pilates instructor with expertise in Mat and Reformer Pilates, experienced in leading both group classes and private sessions. She supports clients in developing core strength, improving flexibility, and moving with better alignment and control. She specialises in Clinical Pilates, with particular experience supporting clients with scoliosis, postnatal recovery, postural imbalances, and rehabilitation-focused training. Her sessions are tailored to improve posture, restore body balance, and safely build strength, while addressing each client’s individual goals through precise instruction, careful observation, and personalised programming. Her teaching qualifications include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Clinical Pilates, and Postnatal Pilates.

Jo Zhou

Jo Zhou is an experienced fitness and Pilates instructor with a unique perspective on women’s training, combining professional expertise with lived experience in strength, mobility, body shaping, and healthy ageing. In 2022, she placed 3rd in the ICN Victoria Women’s Classic Bikini (40+), deepening her understanding of body sculpting, performance, and the discipline required for sustainable results. Her teaching style blends yoga, Pilates, and strength training to help clients build strong, balanced, and resilient bodies. With extensive one-on-one coaching experience, she supports clients with a wide range of physical needs through personalised guidance. Known for her calm, detail-focused approach, Jo delivers precise cueing and thoughtful adjustments to ensure clients move safely, effectively, and confidently, while also challenging them within a supportive framework. She brings rich group class experience, creating sessions that are welcoming, well-structured, and suitable for all levels. Jo’s areas of expertise include body sculpting, posture alignment, neck and shoulder tension relief, deep stretching and mobility, efficient fat loss for women, and glute and leg strength and shaping. She is passionate about helping women move with confidence, train with purpose, and feel stronger through safe, effective, and sustainable programs.

Claire

Claire is an APPI-certified Pilates instructor with qualifications in Matwork and Reformer Pilates, as well as a CLTC Pre- and Post-Natal specialisation. A former running enthusiast, she has found exercise to be a deeply healing part of her life, and now guides others to slow down, connect with their bodies, and enhance their wellbeing through Pilates. Her classes focus on precise engagement and breath flow, without heavy lifting or straining. On the Megaformer, Claire helps clients discover both physical strength and inner calm. She specialises in body sculpting and fat loss through targeted core activation and whole-body integration, postnatal recovery including diastasis recti and pelvic floor support, and posture correction, addressing issues like rounded shoulders, pelvic tilt, and X/O legs with scientifically informed movement patterns.

Ariel Zhu

Ariel Zhu​ is the founder of Oneness Yoga, a holistic practice guided by the principle "ONE BREATH, ONE FLOW, ONE DAO." Her work is centered on Qi, or vital life force, and is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, emphasizing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Her unique methodology integrates functional Taichi and Qigong movements with energetic healing practices like Reiki and Crystal therapy. The practice is deepened by sound resonance from Tibetan bowls and Shamanic drum, and custom sequences that blend Yoga, breathwork, and meridian focus. Ariel's mission is to empower individuals by facilitating this reconnection. She applies this through specialized prenatal guidance, sound bath facilitations, and Taichi Quan instruction, aiming to awaken resilience and inspire harmonious living. She offers bilingual support for sessions and collaborations.

Qc began practicing Pilates in 2019 and started teaching in 2021. She is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, with a strong focus on anatomy-informed, theory-based training that emphasises both safety and effectiveness. Her broad sports background—including pole fitness, swimming, tennis, yoga, HIIT, and strength training—allows her to design functional, well-rounded programs that support fat loss, muscle development, strength, and mobility. Her teaching style blends high standards with humour, keeping sessions fun, motivating, and empowering while pushing clients to their limits. Deeply interested in holistic health and nutrition, Qc integrates this knowledge to support overall wellbeing. Outside of Pilates, she works as a lawyer, which has strengthened her communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to connect with clients, helping her guide them in building trust, motivation, and sustainable habits.

Jia Li

Dr. Jia Li, PhD, is an exercise scientist and Athletic Performance & Personal Training specialist with over 15 years of teaching experience. A former elite acrobatic gymnast and China National First-Class Athlete in both acrobatic gymnastics and competitive sports aerobics, she brings a unique combination of academic insight and high-level athletic experience to her training. Her expertise spans scientific exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, athletic performance development, body shaping, posture correction, and core stability. Jia integrates evidence-based methods with individually tailored programs, blending Pilates, yoga, and barre principles to support both general fitness clients and competitive athletes. She is passionate about guiding clients to move with strength, improve performance, and sculpt their physiques with precision, all within a structured, safe, and performance-driven framework.

Joe Zhou is a certified Pilates instructor and Australian APPI–accredited coach, experienced in designing personalised training programs that enhance strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. She is dedicated to helping clients cultivate sustainable strength, resilience, and confidence through mindful, safe, and evidence-informed movement. Known for her precise cueing and advanced alignment expertise, Joe uses an anatomy-based approach grounded in clinical principles and movement efficiency. Her supportive and empowering coaching style helps clients stay consistent, build confidence, and achieve long-term progress, while fostering strong, meaningful client relationships.
